FillGood didn’t start with a product - it started with people. Our story began with a shared vision: a group of passionate individuals from across councils, venues, sustainability organisations and the events world coming together to tackle waste in a smarter, better way.

Ali is the heart of FillGood’s operations and your first point of contact for all things reuse. As our Operations Manager, Ali is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for you.

With a wealth of experience in both sustainability and the events industry, Ali brings a unique understanding of how to make reusables work effortlessly for any occasion.

The FillGood Crew is the powerhouse behind everything we do. They’re the ones who bring the energy, passion, and hustle to every event. Whether they’re on-site or behind the scenes at the wash plant, they’re out there making sure reuse is running, keeping everything fast, smooth, and high-energy.

They clean, check, and pack every item with care - and once your event’s over, they bring it all back, wash it, and prep it for its next life. They’re the hands and hearts that keep reuse running.
