About FillGood

At FillGood, we believe the future is reusable.

We’re here to transform how food and drink are served - with systems that are seamless, scalable, and built for the real world of events, venues, and hospitality. No compromise. No shortcuts. Just a better way forward.

From every cup we clean to every container we put back in circulation, and every partner we power up, we’re scaling reuse as the new standard. Built to last. Built to lead.

The Future of Service

We do reuse that works. With a trusted system, no upfront costs to attendees and proven results, we’re proving that reuse can be simple, reliable, and effortlessly integrated into any event, venue, or hospitality setting.

Our purpose-built European wash facility, mobile wash trailer, and our growing fleet of over 100,000 reusable trays, plates and cups are ready to handle any scale, while our electric van and dedicated FillGood team ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’re not just changing the way things are done. We’re creating the future of service.

A Better System, Built Together.

FillGood was born from a shared desire to transform how food and drink is served. A group of passionate industry leaders saw the need to rethink single-use serviceware - those throwaway plates, cups, and trays that have dominated events, venues, and hospitality for far too long.

This collective effort sparked the formation of a Working Group, uniting experts from Te Whanganui-a-Tara’s hospitality, event, zero waste, and venue sectors. With a commitment to simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions, they crafted the foundation for FillGood: a system that makes reusable serviceware the new standard.

In 2024, thanks to the generous backing of our funders, FillGood officially launched. Since then, we've hit the ground running, moving faster than we ever imagined. With collaboration at our core, FillGood is open source, inviting others to join us on this reuse journey and amplify the positive change across the motu.

Our journey is just beginning, and we’re excited to keep innovating, collaborating, and shaping the future of service - one reusable cup and tray at a time.
